Good hotel but beware. You will not be able to get a digital key prior to arrival. Told it was city policy but never found anything to support this. If you arrive late at night expect to wait for a key and show ID and credit card even if you show your reservation on the app. No use being a Diamond member for this hotel.

I've been returning to this hotel everytime im in the area for work and it's been alright most of the time. However, during my current stay, I was told I needed to move rooms due to ongoing renovations. I tried to move as soon as I got a note on my door due to having food in the fridge that needed to stay cold, and ended up getting sent back to the same room with a promise from management that they would move my stuff to a new room the next day while I was at work if I packed it up, they also let me choose an item from the m... read more

The whole place needs a deep cleaning. And you will wake up in the morning with parts missing from your vehicle. Good luck!
