Excellent service from Oralia
Rooms are fine and breakfast was good. The manager needs training on resolving issues and customers satisfaction/support. Room was not ready at time of check in and managers failed to address it properly or in a timely manner. When I addressed the check issues for my party with the hotel, I had to provide the manager the solution. Unsat!
Very impressed. First time to stay in Hilton hotels. Pleased with the suite room we received. Single king with sofa bed pullout. Perfect for our family of three. Full kitchen with full size fridge, dishwasher, dining table and chairs. I did not expect everything to be stocked for us to use - plates, bowls, silverware, paper towels, coffee machine with condiments, blow dryer in bathroom, full large dispensers in shower with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. The hotel like nice on the outside. The lobby not to bad. The breakfast was not that great of options and did not restock at all. The evening snacks were offered but there again not enough for everyone. The room was okay nothing fancy. Carpet was nasty. You couldn't close the curtains in the living part of suite. The bed wasnt very comfortable and the tv messed up every couple of seconds. The dishwasher was full of water. Had some sort of flooding issue while there bc they had blowers and heaters in the hallway.
