My what a year makes. Loads of improvement in terms of overall maintenance, cleanliness and professionalism. My test of the Hilton brand is upon return were there major corrections in terms of room water pressure, working lights, television and a clean relaxing room ambiance. All these items were met and my room preferences honored. Thank you Homewood Suites for uplifting the Hilton Brand and making my stay comfortable.

Arrived the overall decor is nice, but the television does not work despite trying to plug and reply to get a signal. The hassle of getting a new room after traveling is a hassle. Hopefully the rest of the stay will be up to the Brand.
Great location for work, or a getaway for a couple/family. Location is one of the best (in my opinion). Surrounded by shopping and restaurants. Close to I80, for those needing quick access for travel. All of the facility was clean neat and well appointed. Highly recommend the location. Photos are of area around hotel.
Convenient to I-80 and U of Iowa. Great FREE breakfast and light weeknight supper. Rooms are clean and spacious. Kitchen area has a full size refrigerator!
