This hotel has issues We did not have hot water and staff could not seem to anything about it Best we got was barely luke warm. Outside temps were not that cold I spoke to other guests and they reported same issue as well. As a regular Hilton member I am very dissatisfied The front desk manager was kind and that’s the only reason for the average service review We chose this hotel for what we thought would be a safer location but our stay at Homewood at the Columbus airport went much better :( Not my real name for privacy.

I am currently in a room on the first floor and can confirm what was previously mentioned. There is a gas leak in this hotel on the first floor. The smell is making me nauseous and I now have a migraine. Additionally, the room is dirty. Steer clear of this place.

I stayed here on a recent business trip. Hotel is in a good location close to OSU. The main concern I had is that the elevator and first floor hallway smells like gas. I talked to the front desk about it and the lady said she notices that smell too, but that management does not want to address it. I find that really concerning. There should be NO gas smell in the hotel period. This needs to be corrected as soon as possible.
