Spent 2 nights here with my daughter and loved our stay. Got to pick the room during online check-in via their app. Room was clean and kitchen well equipped for basic cooking. Views were amazing (make sure the room faces north). Tons of food options all around, Trader Joe's being our favorite for inexpensive and healthy snacks. Location is perfect for Museum Campus (short walk) but a little further away from the other downtown attractions (but still walkable). Pool and Hot Tub are nicely situated with beautiful views. Great for a family vacation. Grocery store nearby and easy access to public transportation and walkable for many attractions
The rooms are spacious and clean, the location is extremely convenient, the pool area was really nice (though the water was a bit cold) and there was a great variety for breakfast. Parking to unload/reload is limited but there was surprisingly very little wait time. We will absolutely stay here again.
Charges were not clear or explained before checkout. But overall experience was good.
Kudos to the front desk manager, Delisa (apologies if the spelling is incorrect). So friendly and helpful. She made my entire day :) Fantastic location and nice rooms. Will stay here again the next time I'm in Chicago.
