Beautiful hotel suites very nice and clean.Service is awesome.
I stayed at this hotel July 4-6. My family and I stayed at Homewood Suites in Chicago for two nights, and unfortunately our experience did not meet the standards we expected from the Hilton brand. When we arrived, we found a pair of dirty socks left behind in our room, which immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness. We also discovered that the room telephone did not work, there was a missing light bulb in the ceiling fixture, and there was no hair in the room. We had a 3 night stay and were very pleased! The hotel is very clean and secure so you don’t have to worry about just anyone coming in! The room was a lot bigger than we thought and came with a fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. They had lots of channels to look through while you’re trying to wind down and the bathroom shower/toilet where separate from the vanity so 2 people can get ready at the same time!
