We were traveling and arrived at this hotel at 11:30 PM; when we entered the room, the bed was dirty—it was made, but when we moved the sheets, we found hair and traces of powder. Body wash was missing, though the rest of the room looked like it had been cleaned. We asked for another room, but upon arriving there, we found fingernail clippings on the floor; the bed was made, but the sheets were stained and had hair on them. Stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Charlotte for a short trip. The room was spacious and came with a kitchenette, which was convenient. Breakfast was good, and internet speed was decent throughout the stay. One downside — my room faced the swimming pool, which stayed active until around 9pm, so it was a bit noisy in the evenings. The window covers were also quite light and nearly see-through, which I wasn't a fan of for privacy. We won’t stay here again. The rooms were not clean. Dust on top of the fridge on on shelving. The kicker was the bed only had two thin sheets in it. I went to the front desk and they said they don’t have a duvet and told me to bump the air up. There was also a bug on our bed, and the sheets they did give us were pilling. Stay elsewhere.
