We had to switch rooms because of an heating and air issue but Tia the front desk employee helped us alot .The room we switched to was decent the heating and air worked but one of the tv's were missing a remote to operate it and the ice machine on the floor didn't work the housekeeping didn't provide linens for the pullout bed I had to go get them from the front desk also there was some cosmetic issues in the room and last but not least as we checked out to get breakfast they didn't have no utensils prepared for the customer... read more

As a Hilton Honors Diamond Member- I am not impressed. I visited this hotel for a one-night stay for a work trip. Upon arrival- I had to wait about 15 minutes to be assisted as there was only one front desk agent, and she was helping the couple in front of me who seemed to be very displeased and in request of a refund. Tia, whom checked me in apologized for the wait and was very pleasant. The hotel was outdated and definitely not worth the price. The room had a weird dated smell the entire stay, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, and the chairs were stained and disgusting (attached photo). Breakfast was good and honestly the only saving grace of the stay. We stayed when the hotel wasn’t even full, and parking was already limited — the small lot is shared by three hotels, so I can only imagine how bad it gets at full capacity. I would not recommend this place at all.
