Wanted to give a very specific shoutout to the night manager Dee. I got to my room very late due to travels, and the AC was not working right. Called down to the front desk and the woman that answered was instantly helpful “alright we need to fix that, ‘here’s my challenges’, pack up and come down, we’ll figure this out” … sure enough about 10 minutes later I had a new room.. and she personally escorted me there (unprompted by me) to ensure all was good.
