This place is a joke. Check in is at 3pm. We showed up at 4:45pm, and we're told our room was not ready. It would be 5-10 minutes. No big deal. An hour later and 3 different times of being told it would be ready in 5-10 minutes, we still don't have a room. And the front desk supposed "manager" is very unpleasant and unprofessional.
The staff were very friendly. The room was nice and clean. The location was nice not far from shopping centers and dining areas.

Staying at a Hilton, especially a Homewood, used to mean you could expect exceptional hospitality. You will not find that here. However, you will find that half the rooms are operating on loud portable window AC units. They don’t disclose this, you’ll find out when you get to your room. Save your money and go elsewhere . Booked through Priceline and I arrived there to them telling me the place was fully occupied and they didn't have no rooms for me. Called Priceline and tried to get a refund but they are insisting Hilton is saying that I stayed the night there which is total BS. The front desk lady I awoke from her slumber when I knocked at 1:00 a.m. to check in. Seemed like she wasn't in the greatest mood and had the biggest attitude.
