As others have mentioned, the $15 parking fee is an egregious money grab. This hotel is NOT downtown or anywhere else there is limited parking. If it was possible to give negative effort, that would be the lady at check-in. No “Welcome in”, no “Thanks for being a diamond member”, just “license and credit card” in a monotone. Horrible experience our paid reservation was cancelled due to a name error prior to our arrival front desk cancelled before we even had time to update the mistake then offered to re book it increasing the price per night 20$ on top of us having to wait 5-10 days for a refund for the cancellation. On top of everything also being rude. We went elsewhere. Needless to say we had to pay for two hotels until a refund is processed. Very disappointed.
Stayed here for one night, needed a last minute room. Corey at the front desk on the night shift was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Good selection of breakfast items the next morning. Easy access to freeway. Elevator location was a little confusing.
Enjoyed the breakfast.
