I arrived at the hotel at 4:47p.m. only to be told that they had no resevation for me. After more review the desk clerk and I discovered that my resevation had been canceled by the hotel manager (a nasty no customer service female) with no notification given to me prior to the cancellation. I'm a Hilton Honors member, I have been doing business with Hilton hotels for over 25 years. But this is the first time I've ever had a room cancelled on me. And without prior notice. Customer service is disgusting, beyond disgusting Mariana Turnalle needs to be removed as manager because she has NO sense of managerial integrity, competency, or skills, I’m unsure how she even got her position. Explain how a customer has paid for a room , slept in said room , has another day left on their reservation and you cancel their reservation! The service is extremely poor, they don’t tell you that you have to take off your do not disturb sign by 6:30 am if you want them to do housekeeping. Therefore you have to go downstairs every single day to get needed supplies like towels, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. My children were annoyed that the pool was so cold and that they had to sit in the lukewarm hot tub. I loved the atmosphere in this hotel. It’s cosy and you feel like you’re at home. Rooms are ok, breakfast is basic, one pool was heated, the big one was chill. There’s coffee whole day available. Perhaps not super elegant hotel, but I liked the friendly vibe there so I would gladly come back.
