Very disappointed with this Hilton experience. Upon walking in to the room we were greeted with a mix of stale, animal, old carpet, dirty smell. I-90 is pretty loud. The room is dated and dark. Windows are dirty, curtains stink. Carpet is torn and unraveling. Stains on couch. Broken shelf in tub, slow drain in shower. Asked front desk to move rooms, they were very friendly and tried, but the hotel was booked. Great front desk staff, best we had our whole vacation - helped us out on several things. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly without exception. Airport shuttle was very timely. Rooms showing some age but were very comfortable.
This has to be my favorite HS I’ve ever stayed in. Everything from the lodge like feel, the spacious, clean rooms, the outstanding breakfast to the over the top wonderful customer service from the front desk was top notch. Would highly recommend staying here is you prefer a great hotel experience. The sweet, funny gal at the front desk even gave us recommendations for things to in Big Sky- our final destination.
Rooms are clean and the staff is outstanding! We were very happy with our stay.
