Great staff, very helpful--I wish I had taken names! My daughter, grandsons and I have stayed here 3 times. Great breakfast, we love the 2 bedroom suite and the pool is stellar. Easy access and they will pick you up from the airport. What more can you ask for?
Wonderful stay. We got the pleasure of meeting Ashton at the Breakfast Buffet. He made a hard to wake up morning into a fun experience for us all. Young boys had a blast and didnt want to leave simply because of the fun encounter with one employee !!! He deserves a raise ! He was wonderful. Wonderful pool/whirlpool. CLEAN !!!! We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed every amenity that came with the warm atmosphere here! Thank you homewood suites staff !!! 10/10
This is a nice room in a great area but the day shift staff is very disrespectful and not willing to help with anything, also they are giving me and others the run around about the $150 deposit. Give me back my deposit after I’ve stayed there over a month on a work assignment paying the hotel thousands of dollars a week. I will keep going up through the chain of command until this is resolved or make a complaint with the news media. Thanks and have a great successful day
I rated 5 stars in service, but this is for the kitchen employees. Breakfast was a superb experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from—something for everyone. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. What made it even better were the breakfast employees—they were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Excellent service and great food—highly recommend starting your day here!
