Great hotel! We come here every year, my husband & I. We like it but I prefer to stay at a house with a pond or lake to be outside more often. But we checked in yesterday for our annual 2-week vacation. The hotel has changed a lot. We asked for a specific room & the day before arrival I got a message saying we were assigned to that room! Very disappointing experience. After driving approximately 12 hours with our baby, we checked into our room expecting the quality normally associated with Hilton. Instead, we found human hair throughout the bed linens and a very dirty floor in the kitchen area. To make matters worse, after shaking out the bed sheets, we discovered a bug crawling on the wall next to our bed, which was extremely unsettling.
