It was with great happiness that I moved to Homewood Shores Condominiums, in 2020. There are some wonderful residents who live here. Close to shopping and eating establishments. This month, June of 2026, a new house cleaning company was hired to clean the common areas. The cleaning employees are great and they are appreciated. Beautiful flowers are in front of the entrance doors of my building which are a nice touch. Gratitude.

On the news for dysfunctional HOA. Man had to foreclose because of roof leaks.
Do not settle at Homewood Shores. This HOA is dysfunctional, negligent, and unfit to manage a residential community. Living here has been an infuriating experience defined by mismanagement, indifference, and blatant disregard for residents' well-being. When a storm in March caused significant roof damage, multiple units—including mine—were flooded with water.
