Do not settle at Homewood Shores. This HOA is dysfunctional, negligent, and unfit to manage a residential community. Living here has been an infuriating experience defined by mismanagement, indifference, and blatant disregard for residents' well-being. It was with great happiness that I moved to Homewood Shores Condominiums, in 2020. There are many wonderful residents who reside at HSC. HSC was quiet, peaceful and it felt safe at HSC. It was my intent to live at HSC happily for many years. It turns out I was living close to a neighbor who started severely harassing me with serious false accusations.
