Do not settle at Homewood Shores. This HOA is dysfunctional, negligent, and unfit to manage a residential community. Living here has been an infuriating experience defined by mismanagement, indifference, and blatant disregard for residents' well-being. It was with great happiness that I moved to Homewood Shores Condominiums, in 2020. There are many wonderful residents who reside at HSC. HSC was quiet, peaceful and it felt safe at HSC. It was my intent to live at HSC happily for many years. It turns out I was living close to a neighbor who started severely harassing me with serious false accusations. The HOA is lazy! It takes months if not YEARS to address any complaints. I've had holes and cracks in my ceiling caused by neighbors and the HOA is aware and just makes empty promises to make repairs but hasn't in 6 months. We can't seem to find a decent property management company so it changes constantly in the few years I've been here. HORRIBLE decision to move here.
Bad place to live . Landlord “William Cook” is cheap and unprofessional when I moved out they stole half my possessions and while living there They tried to charge me $150 for a sink that was broken already when I moved in and I also lived with constant smokers as neighbors even though it’s a *smoke free complex * and had to redo my lease because he had it signed for the year 2000 which was 19 years off .
