First and foremost I was having trouble on my end trying to secure a storage space. When I called early and I do mean early, I was pleasantly surprised to speak to a real person. She was nothing but professional and she helped me get the unit I was interested in. I would like to thank her for a wonderful experience with homewood self storage.
Five star experience. Easy process to begin and end a rental. Needed a place to store some household items during a move and remodel. These guys were competitively priced, convenient and easy to use.
I chose this storage facility because it was close to my home. Never had a problem with the rental unit. Customer service was always helpful. I would rent again
Was able to book a unit completely online, and had no issues. The lock was in the unit, and communication was quick and easy. Price is also competitive and love that they have 24/7 access.
Storage was very affordable for me. I was able to access it right away with a lock for the storage.
