Wasn’t able to get into the storage unit at all. I’ve been back and forth here since 5pm and it’s currently 7:40. The lock on unit 3A does not work and nobody is able to check it. I asked customer service to get someone and was told they said, “We just checked it a few days ago. It’s fine.” Yet, I still couldn’t get in. It’s also difficult getting in touch with customer service - they call back but I never know how long it’ll take. This is all online. Got a refund and wasted a few hours of my day🫤

Clean, well kept storage units. Nothing fancy, but they get the job done. Great customer support too, always easy to get ahold of and very helpful with questions or issues.

First and foremost I was having trouble on my end trying to secure a storage space. When I called early and I do mean early, I was pleasantly surprised to speak to a real person. She was nothing but professional and she helped me get the unit I was interested in. I would like to thank her for a wonderful experience with homewood self storage.

Five star experience. Easy process to begin and end a rental. Needed a place to store some household items during a move and remodel. These guys were competitively priced, convenient and easy to use.
