Wasn’t able to get into the storage unit at all. I’ve been back and forth here since 5pm and it’s currently 7:40. The lock on unit 3A does not work and nobody is able to check it. I asked customer service to get someone and was told they said, “We just checked it a few days ago. It’s fine.” Yet, I still couldn’t get in. It’s also difficult getting in touch with customer service - they call back but I never know how long it’ll take. This is all online. Got a refund and wasted a few hours of my day🫤
