Here is my experienced, the person I worked with Ann West April: I ordered double french door and got am email from ANN " I placed the order yesterday and about 6 weeks for delivery" May: I contacted to get an update on the order.. "OOPS, The order never placed, we will expedite your order" But it didn't go any faster, another 6 weeks. July 17: "The system shows it arrived but cannot locate the door" OOPS again. Even though I sent an order for a special door to Bill Benson, he really messed this up and made a width short by 1 1/4 inch. He never had a courtessy of telling to us about this nor refund money. We paid $290-00 and now have to pay $300-00 to correct this and have this constructed. Very poor response by Bill Benson - email and will report to BBB plus any applicable Govt agency.
