Very professional doctor , Dr. Webb . I had worked for her before, wiring all of the computer wiring in that office. I drove all the way from Atlanta to Birmingham to get my crown finished . I didn’t have the thousand dollars. I had already paid a pretty large sum of money . Maybe 400 .They said I would have to reschedule because I didn’t have the money which I would’ve had the next day. Incredibly self righteous staff and no respect for patient’s time. This practice changed the time of an appt I had for 5-6 months, last minute. I told them I could not accommodate their change. Their the person hygenic accused me of being late. It seems she thought 3:24pm came after 3:30pm. Has the standard for telling time changed? Additionally, this office failed to get insurance approved in the 5-6 months they had available then repeatedly called disrupting other meetings & appointments.
