Dawn installed a new gas stove in my downstairs suite. There were a number of issues with accessing the interior for the propane conversion. Thankfully, she is small and could crawl inside the oven to remove necessary screws. She maintained her sense of humour and was very professional. Would definitely recommend the company again. This is the second time that we have used their services and have been very happy with their services, from the office staff to the trades people.

One month into my business in Sooke, I had been experiencing tremendous inconvenience due to a problem with the pipe. I called in a hurry that morning at HomeWise Plumbing & Drainage, plumber would be come in the afternoon that same day, and she was on time. It was amazing to me. Her name was Ailley, and she was really professional. She was kind to help me, and she was quick to solve the problem. She also explained the problem kindly. I'm really happy with the service. Thank you so much Ailley!!

We called HomeWise on a recommendation from a friend and we were not dissapointed. Dawn serviced our tankless water heater and repaired a leak. She arrived at our house exactly when we were expecting her. She did a great job and was an extremely pleasant trades person. I will definately use HomeWise for any plumbing and heating needs in the future!

We recently had our hot water tank give out on us and Homewise sent Riley out the next day who did an amazing job! The pricing was very competitive and service was next level. I highly reccomend to anyone looking for a great local company.

We had our septic tank back up just before the Thanksgiving long weekend. I called Homewise and Dave (the owner) was out the same day. Within 90 minutes he had inspected the septic tank, removed/reinstalled a toilet, found and removed a blockage and cleaned up/packed his gear back in his van. The blockage in question was a number of toys my youngest decided to flush down the toilet. They got lodged in the line between the house and the tank, so no easy feat to find and fix so quickly. Thanks Dave!
