I cannot recommend HomeWise Health enough. From our very first interaction, they have been professional, compassionate and incredibly responsive. Homewise have been amazing. The carers are such special people who have become close companions. They have given back my wife's independence and agency to do what she wants to do. Their support has made such a difference to our lives at such a challenging time.
I've had such a great experience with Homewise health supporting my son. The team has been friendly, easy to deal with, and always quick to respond when we need anything. They really take the time to understand his needs and are lucky to be blessed with a lovely support worker . Everyone we’ve worked with has been kind, reliable, and genuinely caring. HomeWise Health has been looking after my elderly neighbour for the last 2 years. She just turned 98 last month and needs 24 hour home care, including changing, feeding, personal hygiene and mobility in order to be able to stay at home in accordance with her wishes. HomeWise have been caring for my teen daughter with disabilities for approximately 3 years and we are very happy with the service and attention to detail. They vet their carers very carefully which is so important for the clients. Staff and Management are always accessible and very professional and kind to deal with.
