Total waist of time. I thought this place was to help low to moderate income but apparently it's only if you're upper middle class.
Ridiculous lender to work with. If you have all the free time in your hand than definitely go with them because their team is super slow and inefficient. After 3 days of continuous emails and phone calls during which they asked for all my personal information like SSN, my wife's SSN, paystubs, ID proofs, W2 etc, they informed me that they don't offer mortgage services for second home and investment properties. I am very satisfied with the service I have received twice with Homewise. I am a Senior on disability & work part time. Yessica Aguilar assisted me with professionalism, knowledge & kindness through the whole process. She was very patient with me & explained everything to my understanding. I would highly recommend Homewise.
Horrible customer service. My Home Purchase Advisor Joana was very rude, accusatory, and condescending. She had a disgusting attitude towards me and did not want to help me at all. I thought this was the place to go for help, as all of my friends have had wonderful experiences here. I was met with an interrogation, and then accused of not only misfiling my personal taxes but also accused of not even working.
