They made the entire homebuying experience very easy. 3 percent down and 6 percent interest with no PMI. This is not a charity however, and from what I see from the negative comments on Homewise this is what some people assume it is. This is a nonprofit with Realtors that are paid a salary not commission on how much they can sell you on. Everyone was professional and direct. We’re a little late in writing this but only because we’ve been so busy working on our new home that the team at Homewise helped us close on. From the initial offer, our agent Deissy Acosta was patient with the short sale process, and didn’t try to steer us from our dream property to try to make a quick sale, on to our processor Sarai, and our loan officer, Louisa Sena, who was communicative, professional , organized , and beyond emphatic as we came down to the wire.
