Great Customer Service! After a blackout our switch controlling the Homewerks fan/bluetooth, and light, went out, I tried searching online to buy a replacement to no avail, after contacting homewerks, I came to find out that the part was under warranty and they sent me a unit right away. Needless to say, I am one happy customer and thankful for a company that takes care of their customers!
If I could give 0 stars I would, been back and forth with there terrible customer service about our exhaust fan that we installed 3 months ago and has not worked for the last 2 weeks. All they keep telling me is to cycle the on and off switch to pair the light and switch again. I’ve emailed them and called and still no real response to the issue. Very disappointed and never will be buying a product from them again. Terrible terrible experience
