Love my BlueStar oven since 2012. When I needed service, Denise immediately put me on the calendar with great team of experienced technicians who were courteous and expedite! Thank you Denise
I stopped by this business to check out their electric cooktops, specifically their Viking 6 burner. Additionally I needed vacuum bags for my Riccar. I was told to wait....I did for 15 minutes while they took care of customers on the phone. Several customers on the phone. I guess phone customers are more important than ones in the store. I left extremely disappointed but glad I didnt buy from them as customer service is not their strong suit!!! I found my 6 burner Viking at another store in town with great customer service!!
Perhaps since this store is a Miele dealer with a showroom of all their high end appliances, purchasing a vacuum was not a priiority for them. The most appropriate vacuum for my needs was not only sold to me, the vacuum went back to the store three times for what they considered "minor" adjustments, which for such a high end vacuum that was not acceptable to me and when I reqeusted to speak to the General Manager/Owner, she was rude, not interested in listening to my concerns, which required me to contact the Miele Corporate... read more
