The only reason I give them 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 is because my mother has an awesome care giver. Billing has not been professional because they contact other family members when I got behind who are not paying anything when I am their client!
One of the worst agencies you could ever use. Had 3 aids quit and at no time did this agency think to call and let us know. If they think so poorly of their clients what kind of care do you think they will provide to your loved one. One of the worst in the country.
Nice people but they get 3 stars because I went in to get my parents set up for home-care and non of the workers were wearing mask. The whole time. That makes me think they are loose with this and their workers. The owner wasn’t there that day cause I didn’t meet him. I chose a different home health agency. Go with Bayada
