This company will forever have a big turn around with agents if they still have Doris working there she’s very rude over the phone hangs up and when you call back she doesn’t answer the company phone.

I cannot praise sawgrass home services enough! We needed help immediately and within less than 24 hrs, we had an amazing aide (Christina) who came right in and made us all feel extremely comfortable. She arrived early and stayed in constant contact with me regarding my parents! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Would highly recommend!!!

If I could give them 0 Stars, I would. I’ve had aides cancel care out of the blue. But, the one that has me troubled is we scheduled an aide from 4-8pm. I checked my Ring at 4:03pm, no aide. I called the office and was told that she’s running a little late and is at the light. 4:10pm, I checked my Ring camera and no aide. But, TOPS bus has delivered my husband that suffers from Alzheimer and Dementia. The bus driver waited at his bus until she arrived. He can not be left alone.
