Thad and Jasmine were great. Thad was on top of things and very professional, he was easy to work with and very responsive. Jasmine was great in working with my Mom, very kind, considerate and helpful. She was very thorough and attentive.
I had a rather frustrating experience with a caregiver that took care of my loved ones laundry. It was done at not the highest of standards. The owner Thad called me this morning and was very friendly and professional with taking care of the situation. He let me know that this kind of thing will not happen again and that he was sorry about the incidence. I can tell that he takes pride in the work of his employees. I appreciate Homewell’s efforts to get the same caregivers to routinely visit my dad who lives in a memory care facility. Melissa, Tonja, and Katelyn understand his needs and how to navigate tricky situations. They bring out the best in him, and I have no doubt he feels their love.
