I am extremely disappointed with my experience at HomeWays. The communication throughout the entire process was unacceptable. After my husband and I applied, we never received any email, call, letter, or notification letting us know we had been approved. We only found out when we contacted them to ask for our deposit back. I initially gave Homeways LLC a glowing review after my wife found them online, impressed by Jason’s charm and the team’s effort to guide us toward homeownership despite our credit hurdles.
