We scheduled a consultation with Homeway at our house to talk about remodeling our bathroom. We had a good conversation and they said they'd get back in touch with us within a week with some ideas and estimates. A month passed with no communication. I called into the office to ask them to reconnect and was guaranteed that someone would be in touch with us in the next few days. Caesar did such a good job keeping me informed of what and who to expect regarding the reconstruction following the leak in bathroom. He answered my calls promptly and kept my anxiety down. Very professional and courteous!!!
