I needed new floors in my home because of water damage. Two members of the Homeway Construction Company, Matt Marcy and Joe Montgomery, came over in August to do a walk through and explained the contract. Matt Marcy said that they should be able to get started in a week or so, and I signed the contract. They were very professional, friendly, and seemed ready to do the job. I had a water leak from my washer valve box. The water leaked down the wall and under my hardwood flooring, causing the wood to swell and warp. Braylon and his crew came in, disconnected the appliances, moved them, demoed the damaged area, cleaned up behind themselves, and placed fans and a humidifier to dry the area for the repair phase. Briar and Alex did wonders cleaning and drying a leak+ceiling collapse. They clearly communicated when they'd arrive and what they'd do each day. They even worked around what was in the room, so I didn't have to move the furniture elsewhere. I was working from home during the cleanup and expected limited access to the hallway and rooms adjacent to the work area, but that wasn't the case at all.
