My recently widowed mother had a pipe leak on a Friday evening and Rowdy had his plumber Darrell come out right away. Darrell quickly identified the problem, fixed it, then left equipment to help dry up the area so there wouldn't be additional water damage to the floor, saving my mother from additional potential costs. Can not speak highly enough about this company, their professionalism, and kindness.

Extremely unprofessional. Rowdy and his company started off all eager and had all the answers for our problems after a leak. He told us in January it would take 2-3 mths to complete the project. As time went on, he and his company stopped showing up for work and responding to our phone calls. After 6 mths of begging for work to be completed we hired another company and they did an amazing, very professional job and completed the project in a couple of weeks. I would not recommend using this company to complete any projects.

Sadly, my experience over the past month has been the complete opposite. It's been 4 months since Homeway received restoration checks from... read more
