I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 2. I was very pleased with the caregiver Homewatch provided at first; she did a good job for the first few weeks. Then she got lazy and wasn't doing her job. Dishes weren't clean (gross!) even after talking to her about it twice, and she did a very poor job of sweeping/mopping. She went so far as to lie to me about cleaning in certain areas that she obviously hadn't. She blamed the dishes not being clean on the dishcloth! I switched to Homewatch fairly recently after dealing with several other agencies who constantly over charged me &/or provided less than quality care. I have been very pleased with the service I've received. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I was told I would receive a call from someone who would go over my needs to help find the best possible fit.
