PLEASE DO NOT WORK HERE! do not leave any jobs you have to work here. This company will make it seem like this is the right choice and act like they pay good. At first it sounds good, but they do mention the people that they already have for years will always get the 40hrs work over the new employees. This job didn’t have any work for me to do for 2-3 MONTHS! Then they fired me because I didn’t have a baby sitter to go into work. Very rude, just the worst job anyone can ever have. Worst management as well, do better

David: When my wife was in the hospital, Katheryn Lucena was there to support both of us by staying with my wife in the hospital so I could get some rest and have piece of mind that Katheryn would be looking after my wife. Carol: While being in the hospital it was very comforting having Katheryn present to add additional care. I was contacted regarding employment by Mary.We spoke by phone.She was not very pleasant and was actually rude.Continuously talked over me and barely allowed me to speak.She made me feel that this is definitely not an agency I'd feel comfortable being employed with.Agencies vet Caregivers but Caregivers vet agencies and staff as well.Something to keep in mind

Had interview appointment. Sat outside their door for an hour and fifteen minutes and no one ever came to even let me in to the office. I sat in the hallway and nothing for over an hour. Left a note and nothing .

We hired Homewatch when our mother went into home hospice in spring of 2022. Sheneka, who handles admin, and John, the owner, were both communicative, kind, and returned phone calls promptly. They were caring and responsive to our needs. We felt comfortable with their Covid-19 policies. Upon the client's request, caregivers will test for Covid before their shifts and mask.
