Not impressed with this review below and certainly wished Google would contact a company to get the other side of the story. This person booked a caregiver with a car. That caregiver got hit by another car earlier in the day and we advised that we would pay for the cost of a taxi. This person then said we owed her $200 for a limo ride she took instead as she did not feel comfortable in a taxi. She refused to send us a receipt to valid the cost of this 5km trip. They promised me a PSW who would drive from my surgery and informed me less than 24 hours before surgery I would not be driven! They also overcharged me by TWO hours and refused to refund the error! Bad bad bad business practice, shame on them for taking advantage of I'll person in him stable state!
