Stay away!! Mitch makes a great sales person- he is great at selling his company and giving you exactly what you want to hear. When the actual care starts, it all goes downhill. This was my first experience with home care for my mother, and I cannot tell you what an absolutely awful experience it was, through the very end. They are all very professional yet definitely add a personal touch. They knew my needs before I did. They gave us two 24 hour care givers one for weekdays and the other for weekends. My dad loved both of them. They cared for him while letting him keep as much independence as he needed to feel good. What a blessing it was for me to be able to get a good nights sleep and know he was being cared for.
A great place to work! The company has won awards for the way it takes care of its employees and clients. Great benefits, good hours, and owners that truly care and work long hours ensuring clients receive the best care possible and that they do all that they can to help caregivers and their families.
