The walk-in tub that we purchased is not sealing. The "help line" says it's us and that they make a perfect product. No way that it should not seal. I am putting this on here in hopes that someone will contact us. At this rate you can take the tub back! We are level, straight perfect with the walls, our contractor that did the framing builds million dollar homes on a regular basis, walls were level and the tub fit perfect when we put it in. I want to thank Mike from Homeward Bath for providing excellent customer service! I reviewed the specs (30 amp power supply) and reviews on the home depot website and ordered the 12KW steam generator directly from Homeward Bath. When it arrived my contractor said that this 12kw generator needed a 50 amp power supply but that's not what was written on the home depot site.
