Giovanna and the HOME UP team are phenomenal! Super-responsive, very friendly and knowledgeable. Clear, timely communication throughout the entire quote and completion process. The team showed up on time and repaired my soffit in no time. Left everything very clean and undetectable of any changes ( LOVE THAT!). Highly recommend! 😁
The company came out promptly to provide an estimate, but it took over a month to receive the replacement materials, and communication about scheduling was inconsistent. Once the work was finally completed, it looked excellent. The workmanship was wonderful, though the communication and follow-up could have been much better.
I hired HomeUP Construction to repair vinyl siding on my garage. They came to my home, inspected the project, provided an estimate, and we agreed on a price and a work date. On the morning the work was scheduled, they canceled. Since then, I have repeatedly followed up and have been told they would get back to me, but they never do.
