I’ve had one of the most frustrating experiences ever with Hometurf. In 2024, their service was already a joke — teenagers showed up, skipped the backyard, and spent maybe a minute on the front lawn before leaving. That’s when I decided I was done. At the end of March 2025, I called a few times and even filled out their contact form online to cancel for the upcoming season. I made it very clear I didn’t want to continue.
