I don't understand the negative reviews here, Joe has been the consummate professional and seems exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable. He's highly communicative, punctual and trustworthy. He quoted us for a small in-ground pool, and he gave excellent, detailed information in the quote, and his price came in $10K under the other quote I received.
