Im an out if town worker thats from Texas working at the North Anna Power Plant, this Hotel will kick you out if someone books youre room. Ontop of that the boy on nightshift withheld my wife's mail which is illegal. They do not work with you, this establishment lacks any decency for humility. They dont care about their customers.
I am not posting because the rooms were bad or because the service of the maids were terrible. But the LITTLE boy that looks like a teenager that works the front front desk at night should not be working there if he doesn't know how to working the front desk. We had one more week on our stay and said the hotel was booked so we couldn't book another week. We have been staying there for 3 weeks. How can y'all allow that? The room is absolutely amazing, I’m talking perfect. A large fridge, countertop n sink, cabinets with drawers below open shelves above, a table and work desk, wonderful lighting and ac, beautiful modern bathroom, AND SPOTLESSLY CLEAN! I don’t know where some of the other reviews I saw stayed BUT IT WASN’T HERE…they must be confused 😂😂😂 I’ve stayed at the Jefferson Hotel, and stayed at the Quirk Hotel next door just to see it, while still paying my $650 per night at the Jefferson. Horrible service, night guy was nice, but morning guy who didnt tell me his name was irrespectfull mean he even told me to go somewhere else so you can imagine how he treat us... its a shame because I used to like this place before not anymore
Front desk guy was nice, good location, but the suite was horrible. This place is a real roach motel. DON'T stay here. We turned around and left as soon as we hit the light switch and saw roaches, lots of roaches... Can't imagine anyone staying here - even if it were free.
