This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I genuinely cannot recommend staying here. The first major issue was what appeared to be bed bugs in the room. As soon as we noticed the signs, I immediately reported it to the front desk. Instead of taking the complaint seriously by offering a different room or addressing it immediately, I was simply told they would change the sheets the next day.
