The only reason why I took those Stars away from this place I've lived there for a number of months and I will say the people in the office are very nice and sweet they will work with you 100% especially if you are having issues and paying your rent on time however the age of selling the business and didn't give us anything but about 10 days to move out I felt like that was a little bit Shady especially for the ones like me who have been paying the whole time but other than that everyone there is very nice very dedicated sta... read more

It's not a 5 star hotel. But it's not boasting a 3 star price. It's THE cheapest place to stay within a 25 mile radius of Nashville TN. Which is the #1 tourist city in the WORLD!!! That's right. A short Uber, Lyft, Cab or bus ride away from music city. And only $52/night. Sure it's "a dive".... But what would you expect since you can damn near stay for free compared to places like the Sheraton or the Renaissance. I can't give enough stars for the management of this Hotel. I've read some of these reviews and it is unsettling in my spirit to hear of someone say anything negative because General Manager (Wendy) is a one man show, she literally goes out of her way to accomodate any request. She is amazing

I’ve stayed at this hotel on and off for yrs. The time before this one I swore I would never be back but I’m so glad I did. The improvements are dramatic and the place is getting better everyday. The management and her team deserve an award for the turn around and the hope for even more positive change in the future. Is it perfect? If I could give 0 stars I would the lady Wendy is very unprofessional she lets people sell drugs and her man is in charge of the drug scam. They let people who sell them self there. She has sexual acts with the workers. Everybody talks about it.They are very dirty property they let trash sit there for days. People shoot guns they never call police unless you make them mad.
