This place redefines “nightmare.” The front desk staff must have taken advanced courses in rudeness because their attitude was off the charts. Helpful? Not in the slightest. As for actually trying to sleep here—don’t bother. Between the banging, slamming car doors, and music blasting until 5 AM, this “hotel” felt more like the world’s loudest block party that nobody invited me to. I had to cancel my reservation, and they issued a credit, but my bank did not receive it. When I called to talk to them about it the person on the phone was downright rude. She told me she had the credit receipt, and I could stop by, and she would give it to me to prove it was issued. I live over 200 miles away (kind of the whole reason for booking a room in the first place). When I tried to talk to her further about it, she got incredibly rude and told "I have paying customers at the desk" and hung up on me. We travel in th... read more

Absolutely horrible! Walking into the room, it reeked of stale cigarette smoke. It was almost nauseating how strong it was. The floors were filthy. I put a towel down by the bed so that I could wipe the dirt off my feet before getting into bed. The bedding was old and gross. There was chewed gum visible on the nightstand. The sink had hairs on it. The door didn’t close properly and there was a crack where you could see outside. The ac unit looked like someone with greasy hands came in and wiped them all over it.
