I did get a first floor room with a king size bed and a full size refrigerator. NO countertop oven/fryer, NO in-room coffee, NO in-room safe, NO sofa bed, and a 32" TV does NOT qualify as a LARGE flat screen TV. The location was good, and the staff was polite. I did ask for an in-room coffee pot and never received it. I was told that was only for rooms on the other side of the hotel. (What!?) I has assumed that I was getting the room i booked as described on their website.
After booking online the hotel refused the stay due to the physical debit card not being there. It was a last minute booking while my family member was traveling and the booking was done from states away…. Hotel staff was very rude
Rude guy at front desk. Can’t read reservations right. And if you pay online they want you to run your card again. I don’t know what a room looks like.
Don’t go here me and my 7yr old woke up with bed bugs crawling on us and we were all bit up it is horrible I’m so pissed 3:00 in the morning
