The 1 star is for the gentleman at check-in when I arrived. He was very kind but the room. I was on the 1st floor, went in and checked the mattress for bugs and the bottom of the toilet for cleanliness. to make Ok no bugs and bottom of the toilet was clean. I go get my stuff and put it in the room. I looked out the window to be sure I could see my car which I could but low and behold the window was unlocked. Nice room but housekeeping is horrible. Dirty floors in room, poop spots in the toilet, garbage left in can under the sink. Smoke detector disconnected. Faucet needed to be

Absolutely disgusting beds with blood, black mold and bugs on the sheets and mattresses. Tried 2 different rooms and the 2nd was worse than the first so we had to check out. The hotel needs a very thorough cleaning.
Staff is awesome! Rooms are always clean.
