I typically don’t write reviews, but this one I had to write. I spent three months at HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof in Flint. Something difficult happened in my life and this was my best option while I figured out next steps. It was the PEOPLE here who got me through it. Well, hotel smells like weed, super dirty. Outside it‘s not safe at all! You hear everything in your room, even with ear plugs. It was not pleasant at all. People stay there as their first residency with very giant dogs. Outside is full with dog shit. NEVER AGAIN. Kitchenette is empty, nothing provided. Very dirty floor…. Everything disgustingly dirty.

I booked (fully paid ahead of time) 2 queen bed room (for a family of 4) - when I arrived they did not had any room for me and gave me a ADA accessible room (with just one king bed) - when asked for 2 queen beds, I was told - rooms were flooded and I can take my money back. Where will sleep after taking my money back, on road? There is no courtesy call notifying ahead of time about the problem. This is ridiculous

Very clean and very happy , definitely recommend for a nice stay!
