Great if in a pinch Manager is an awesome lady!
Posted a note on my door at 9 am saying they would be entering the room with or without us here at 11:30 am the same day. I heard them put it on my door and they marked it for the day before like we wouldn’t notice. It specifically states that they are required to leave us a 24 hour notice when it was less then 3. Absolutely unacceptable
I really enjoyed my stay here. Was very convenient to the hospital where my partner had surgery. Was quiet during my stay. Staff were amazing. Room was nice and clean just had that musty smell of old property. An air freshener or something might be nice but otherwise not complaints. I do have a suggestion of a coffee maker but understand that is more easily stolen than a fridge ☺️ thank you for a comfortable and clean place to stay. Oh and I want to know where you get the comforter, so cozy
