Room was not cleaned especially not in the shower. It smelled like mold in the bathroom. When I asked for towels due to housekeeping not stopping by they gave me blue stained all over towels.
I’ve had better nights sleeping on the streets. Would give zero stars if I could. I had to put in 3 maintenance requests for my toilet not working then they wouldn’t give me a refund because I flushed the toilet myself since I had to wait so long for the first maintenance request. The door was janky and wouldn’t open half the time. There was trash everywhere… I’m homeless and I have never been so excited to leave a motel. I want my money back.
I don’t know why this place has a lots of negative reviews. It’s really exceptional quality and the staff is also friendly. I don’t really like writing reviews but it really bothered me so much Negativity about it. I have seen so much worse places than this. Anyways I’m satisfied. Anyone who is wanting to stay in this place, don’t trust what the is ppl saying on the reviews.
