The customer service here reeks! I was locked out one night, and wasn't able to get back in my room I checked into 12 hours later due to no one being at the front desk at 7am like they say on their phone automative system. This place is worn down, and needs to be renovated. The elevator always smells like dog piss, and no one ever mops it out! 🫢🤢🤮. I was gonna use this place for a temporary stay until I get an apartment, but I'd rather sleep in my car before I pay them another $450.00+ a week to stay in these dumps!

The health department needs to come shut y'all down... One mattress looked like it was taken out the trash or was involved in a murder scene. And the other one the house keeper put a sheet on the bed that had been washed but some women had sex on her period on top of and I stead of throwing the sheets away, they washed them and put them on the bed. This place is disgusting. And I mean hella disgusting.

serious warning, do not book your stay at this place. crime, no air conditioning, everything was broken and dirty, mold, and management that could not care less. the air conditioning unit didnt work, i asked for another room, they didnt have one. 40 mins later, they told me that they couldnt find a room. i checked out and found a place by the airport. I travel several times a month, Ive stayed at hundreds of hotels... this ranks the worst to date. this is a warning, dont do it.

The three ladies at the front office are very nice. Happy to answer questions, handled problems, didnt stress about my service dog. Smile on there faces. Lenna was like a breath of fresh air. She is no stress, calm happy. Very refreshing. The ladies here make it work Thank you Ladies at the front office. You are appreciated.
