They were barely good, you got flies somehow inside the room always, but since new management took over, it hasn't gotten better, there is no longer security patrolling around, they have a new policy non-negotiable of 21 days stay maximum, which, if you are a contractor, is not worth it to try because management won't budge on it.

First off we checked in on sept 17 at 6 instead of 3 my husband called off from work because super.com was declining customers then when we did FINALLY CHECKED IN the room was filthy dirty floors dirty bathroom tub dirty table and the kitchenette was disgusting our stove didn't work now it's sept 29 haven't received our deposit from this hell hole we were told the day we checked out that the deposit was released but in all reality it didn't get released till now when my husband called hometowne studios 🚫*I WOULD NEVER EVER ... read more

I stayed there checked out 2 weeks ago and was told they sent my deposit back the day I checked out. I called and they are just now sending it
