Very nice staff cute little rooms moving in next Friday
Didn't stay here...only visited a friend. Rather bold roaches. *gag*
Had a reservation and the lady gave our reservation away way before it the deadline. My husband works as front desk at another hotel and he knows the rules of the job. The lady tried to act like our money wouldn't be taken out of our account. She also acted as if it was alright to just give our room away that we reserved on the actual Red Roof website. I'm also a rewards program member. I guess that's how members are treated at that hotel. I won't be going to a Red Roof any time in the future.
This hotel was cheap so I should have known better. The front desk closes at 7pm so if you miss them and it ain't an emergency like being locked out you have to wait until the morning. The pillows were very thin and they didn't have any extra. At night roaches start appearing so never leave any food on the counter or table. If you want extra towels you have to first give them your used towels in exchange for the other towels. That just felt weird. Lastly, there is not housekeeping!! None!
