We had our hotel room get cancelled elsewhere and I saw photos of this place and it looked decent. So we showed up to get a reservation right away. Honestly we were in a hurry we had somewhere to be in 2 hours. We got there and the guy at the desk was very nice. We got in and he said we were on the 3rd floor. We should have looked before getting our stuff. The third floor is enclosed but the bottom two are an outdoor entrance. Clean rooms and friendly staff
This guy at the front desk is so disrespectful!! This is the reason why people shouldn’t work places that they have to respect there guests!!! FYI everyone that gets a room is not broke or homeless just saying but I’m blk and we all know what in Auburn Hills, Michigan, but I’m not scared of the police lol
Expensive staff was rude to guests I didn’t even get a room there felt unsafe and the pool wasn’t open as it was advertised
