Do not stay at this hotel. The location isn't bad, however the cleaning staff speaks no English. This resulted in numerous misunderstanding interactions. I became so frustrated that we didn't even use the sheets provided because it wouldn't stay on the bed. After checking out, I was charged for allegedly staining the sheets. Sheets that were not used. Absolutely disgusting. Some of the lights didn’t work in the room, stains on walls and ceiling. No trash can in room, door lock didn’t work. Filthy establishment, and the smell…
This staff is absolutely the best staff I have ever seen work together. They are a team, yet operate like family! Tim the manager is the most compassionate, and considerate manager I have ever met in my lifetime! They truly deserve awards for the quality of care they put into their business!!!
This Was A One Of One Experience….In A Bad Way. When Me & My Better Half Arrived To The Hotel On Saturday , I was told by front desk that my paid reservation didn’t “go thru” so I basically had to pay twice. We really wanted to enjoy our weekend due to grieving loved ones we lost , so I simply paid again, and gave my deposit. We had our hotel room get cancelled elsewhere and I saw photos of this place and it looked decent. So we showed up to get a reservation right away. Honestly we were in a hurry we had somewhere to be in 2 hours. We got there and the guy at the desk was very nice. We got in and he said we were on the 3rd floor. We should have looked before getting our stuff. The third floor is enclosed but the bottom two are an outdoor entrance.
