We've been using Bob's at least 15 years. Service and price is reasonable and reliable. He keeps a our cars and vans on the road.
The owner is good and very trustworthy. If he says it is needed, you better get it done.
Very poor customer service. When I called this shop in January I told them I am a doordasher and my van is my work. He said he understood. I also told him the front right was grabbing and pulling. I was also getting codes for runner control valve issues. I knew what needed to be done to fix this issue. He indicated he had a vehicle in his lot to be fixed that was the same as mine and that he knew these vehicles. He told me to bring it on Monday and they would get to it as soon as possible. Were honest and saved me money from being wasted and looked out for my family through the whole process.
Was driving up 71 N for a work trip in Cleveland when my flap came loose. Called here and they stopped what they were doing to help me out and get me back on the road for my meetings. Huge help and very thankful. They did a great job!
