compared to many other vets i've taken my dogs to throughout the years, i'd say they are in the high to very high range. 150.00 for a shot is ridiculous. I went here because I was hoping to gain a better service for the higher price. This was not the case. Sometimes things come up, and you can't control when your dog gets sick unexpectedly. This happened to me, and I had a couple days to go till payday and wanted to write a post-dated check and they refused me and my very sick shih-Tzu puppy. We don't go to this vet because we have had a vet that we love for over 20 years and we still go to her. But this place is right down the road from us and I have been in there to ask them to put up a poster for our missing cat. They not only put up the poster, but were SO compassionate about the situation. When I phoned them to tell them we found our cat, you could hear the genuine joy in the lady's voice. The staff was fabulous! one of the cleanest veterinary offices I have ever been to. And very intelligent staff.
Dr. Pugh has excellent bedside manners. Wish my own doctor was this kind. He is one of a kind and in a league all his own. Dr. Pugh and his staff are wonderful and have always been there for my 4 legged family members. Thank you so much and keep up the wonderful work you are doing. And the office/waiting area looks great.
A couple years ago I took my dog in to get neutered and he died. The staff and Dr. Pugh were very supportive, aside from the fact that my 5 month old puppy died under their care. I'm giving the clinic 3 stars because of the way they handled the issue afterwards; they sent flowers and a touching card. The clinic is also very clean. I will never go back though and I don't recommend the place to anyone.
