Our boston terrier had a great experience at his yearly appointment. Unfortunately he tested positive for Lyme's without any symptoms. The dr. was helpful in answering my questions about his treatment of antibiotics, probiotics, and retesting in 6 months.
The one star is 100% only for the individual that deals with checking out. She screwed up the dosage on my dog’s antibiotics and didn’t show any remorse when we confronted her about it. A horrible employee and person overall. Make sure you double check the dosage if you plan on going to this office. I seriously don’t know how a soulless and incompetent person like that was hired to work at a veterinary office to begin with. The rest of the employees and the vet herself are fine and do their jobs well from what I’ve seen
Dr. Williams and her team are the best! They have always taken great care of our dogs over the years.
