Really sweet staff, plenty of parking and easy access!
we took all our animals records and followed the other vet. Dr williams isnt nice. Has told me that my dog doesn’t have a ear infection when she looked, and then they ran a test after I persisted and he did. She acts afraid of the dogs who are huge teddy bears..We showed up literally 6mins late from i-90 being backed up due to a accident. We called and told them, everything was fine. then we came in to be turned away after we drove 50 mins to see them with 2 dogs in the backseat.. i went there for over 10yrs. Everyone was so kind and polite! Dr. Sue was patient and understanding as we talked through our pets issues.
Dr. Williams is NOT a compassionate nor sensitive doctor, in any way! DO NOT allow this practice to euthanize your pet; it is a harsh, cold, unkind experience! I have left this practice because of it.
I have a lot of animals and we have always gone to hometown and they have done there best to work with me on are tight budget and care for my animals there parents with my crazy amount of questions and break thing down for me well and every time i have had a emergence they have taken care of are animals right away and they are kind when i brake down crying they truly care about there jobs and the people and animals they serve
