I liked that I can send messages through the app about my pet and have them answered the next day, the quick booking time, as soon as I walked in the clinic I was greeted and they started the assessment and the nurse and doctor were very informative and helpful. By far the best vet clinic I have used.
I brought my cat, Salma, in for a semi-emergent eye visit. The receptionist, tech and Dr Katy were all wonderful. Dr Katy was so thorough, gentle and detailed in her explanation as to what she felt the medical condition was. She even showed me a medical text with the condition and potential surgery. I left feeling confident that Salma will heal with antibiotics but if she has to have surgery I feel she will be in great hands. Salma and I will be back with Dr Katy as our vet, along with her kitty sister & puppy sister!
Everyone was very professional and did a great job.
