Jeff and all his help from the front door to the ones that work out back really care about you and your pets. It is just the name of the place that has people from the past with a bad service taste in their mouths. The new is much better service and knowledge.
DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I could recommend Hometown; I had high hopes as Lakeside seemed decent before the merger. I brought my cat in recently for a simple rabies and distemper shot. I had an appointment, yet waited for an hour and fifteen minutes to be seen after arrival. I'm flabbergasted that with 3 receptionists they didn't have the decency to let me know there was a delay during the middle of a workday. I’m looking for a new vet. I don’t know what happened but it’s not the same place I used to go to. Icing on the cake was when they charged $85 for a “Private” room while they euthanized my exes cat. All about money. Don’t get me going on the pre-receptionist office at the entry.
