absolutely the best small animal vet experience I’ve ever had. caring, compassionate, understanding. fair pricing and great care.
I just had the worst experience I have ever had at any veterinarians office. I had never met Dr Amy White, DMV before, and only know her name since it’s on the rabies vaccination document because she couldn’t even be bothered to introduce herself to me. I have never had a bad experience with Dr Vigue, or the former Lakeside Practice, but this was the worst. my sweet dog guy was terminally ill and i could not find a vet in the kingfield madison area that would take him and give him the peace he so desperately needed. i was distraught and had contacted 5 or 6 vets in the area and they said they were either not accepting new patients or were just too busy to help us. then we contacted hometown vet. they too were very busy but understood the circumstances and said bring him in, we will help you. we were greeted in the parking lot with a smile and compassion and brought right in. dr... read more
Jeff is fantastic, I was very stressed about my fur baby! The staff did a really good job not feeding into my stress. They took X-rays to make sure it was nothing more than it was (upon my request) and really put me at ease. I went in expecting the worst and left feeling so much better (my fur baby too!) I was ensured I have done a very good job at taking care of my 10 year old dog and that alone is all I needed. Thank you Jeff and staff for everything! If I could give you more then 5 stars I would!
