This place is amazing
I'm giving this one star instead of no stars because of the front desk staff. I went in after my son accidently ingested a cookie containing tree nuts. He was home from college and forgot his epi-pen. I was told by the medical person , Rasila Chaudry, that she could not treat him because "we are getting ready to close." She was literally refusing medical care while my son's throat was closing because "we'd have to turn the system back on, it's shutting down." I asked her if she was serious. She was. Quick for a physical & drug screen.
I had fluids that dirtied my gauze and it was 4:53pm and my doctors office was closing. It’s on my back so I could reach to do it myself which is clean it and change the gauze. I asked this urgent care would they be able to do it so I don’t have to go to the er and they gave me every excuse in the book why they didn’t want to change my gauze and told me to go to the er.
