Amazing outstanding customer service
WOW! What a fantastic experience. From the two phone calls I made earlier in the day to pulling out of their parking lot. Tori was so friendly and kind on the phone and helped me pick out the best tires for my needs. She mentioned calling ahead to make sure there wouldn't be a wait. Sure enough when I called on my way she said it should there wasn't much of a wait at all. When I arrived there was no wait at all. I was a mess when I walked in without an appointment. I was passing through N. Adams on my way to kayak in VT when I blew out a tire driving through road construction. Tori and Kyla at the front desk were so welcoming, reassuring and efficient. The shop put me back on the road, affordable!
