Wonder ful work
The process to purchase a football ticket took 35-40 minutes as I received multiple 504 bad gateway error messages or frozen screens. I Tried to reach out to customer service via chat multiple times, but never got through even though the screen said, 'you are next'. The chat just ended and kicked me out. I called the customer service number. I was never able to talk to anyone. I tried the call-back option, but no one has ever called me back. Bought tickets a couple months ago and could not locate my receipt or tickets. All I had was apple pay. Called at 5:30 Friday night (night of the event) and the rep., Mike could not have been more helpful. He found my purchase and re-sent the email & texted the receipt! Amazing customer service and after normal business hours here on east coast. Thanks Hometown Ticketing and thanks Mike!! I will enjoy my event tonight!!!
