I was so happy to find this shop! I had ordered a couple of items online, and when they arrived, the name was misspelled. I was in a bit of a panic because I needed it fixed the same day. Thankfully, I found Hometown Threads and Cali went above and beyond to help me. She not only fixed the mistake but also embroidered additional items for me, including a ribbon, backpack, towel, and an Easter basket—all in the same day and in less than two hours! I came in with a printed version of what I wanted. Font, size and everything. She converted it to what she said was equivalent. The monogram was so skinny it isn't visible on the jacket. She also told me she couldn't monogram a pocket for second piece. Wish I had checked elsewhere because you can. Told my spouse it couldn't be done the way he asked, but other shops do it. Items not done when promised. Could be more friendly.
What a pleasant experience! Found this place and can't imagine going anywhere else. The care level is a definite 10/10, and you just feel so welcome there.
